Quantum mechanics and quantum chemistry

Angular Momentum Operators Explore angular momentum operators, their matrices and eigenvalues. Open tool → Stationary vs. Non-Stationary States See how a single eigenstate and a superposition of states evolve differently in time. Open tool → Time-Dependent Perturbation Theory Worked examples of transitions driven by different time-dependent perturbations. Open tool → Quantum Statistics Boltzmann, Fermi–Dirac and Bose–Einstein statistics, using a particle in a 1D box as the example. Open tool → CSF Generator Generate configuration state functions for a given number of electrons, orbitals and spin. Open tool → QFT and Applications Concepts and applications of the quantum Fourier transform. Open tool →

Biochemistry and laboratory

Michaelis–Menten Kinetics Plotter Plot enzyme kinetics data and extract KM and Vmax. Open tool → Spectrophotometric pKa Determination Companion tool for the undergraduate experiment on determining pKa from absorbance data. Open tool → pI of Peptides Work out the isoelectric point of a peptide from its amino-acid sequence. Open tool →

Practice

Practice Questions for Quantum Chemical Calculations Generate practice problems on setting up and interpreting quantum-chemical calculations. Open tool →
